You can complete online patient forms prior to your appointment. You’ll spend less time in the waiting area, streamlining your initial visit. Otherwise, please arrive 15 minutes early. These forms help to better understand your background, allowing us to provide you with the most effective care possible.

Patients are seen by appointment only. Office hours are:
Mon & Tue 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wed & Thu 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Please contact our office by telephone, (316) 686-4321, to schedule an appointment, or complete the appointment request form. A scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call the office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients.

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you on the same day.

Dr. Abay will take the required time to properly diagnose your immediate orthodontic concerns, review your medical, dental, and orthodontic history, and create a treatment plan that provides for your optimal orthodontic health.
